Kindness Reading Challenge

kindness and Discovery: The Kindness Reading Challenge
Welcome to a kindness adventure where every story leads to a better world! This year’s challenge invites students to embark on a journey of character-building and compassion, starting with the first featured book, Turtle Points. As readers dive into tales of rescue and friendship, they will earn points for every book completed, and for every act of kindness they perform in their own neighborhoods. From protecting wildlife to helping a friend, every thoughtful action will be recorded in their personal Turtle Points Logbook. By the end of the summer, students will see how much they’ve grown—not just as readers, but as empathetic leaders who understand that small acts of kindness are the most important discoveries of all.
